Delivery Concerns and Considerations

Below is a list of obligatory questions, designed to help you and us make your delivery run smoothly.

All of our deliveries are outsourced and all the drivers are contracted to do is drop kerbside. Any other arrangement (i.e. moving the crates onto your drive) is dependent on individual circumstance and is at the discretion of the driver.

We would expect a crate of granite to be unloaded within 10 minutes however bad preparation can extend the time or cause a delays / failed delivery which could result in unwelcome contra charges.
